Our guarantee
We stand behind our work with a simple promise: if your website is not delivered within 7 days of us receiving all required content from you, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked.
How to request a refund under the guarantee
Email hello@builtfast.agency with the subject line "Refund Request". We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Deposit
The 50% deposit paid at the start of a project is non-refundable once work has begun, except where BuiltFast fails to meet the 7-day delivery guarantee.
After delivery
Once the completed website has been delivered and approved by the client, no refunds are available. If you are unhappy with the delivered work, we will use your remaining revision rounds to address your concerns before delivery is marked as final.
Monthly support plan
The $50/month support plan is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No partial refunds are given for unused days within a billing period.
Disputes
If you have a concern about your project or payment, please contact us at hello@builtfast.agency before initiating any dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issues quickly and fairly.
